►Akari wields a staff that allows her to use fire type skills to her advantage. As she runs out of energy to use magic, her staff turns black, indicating how much magic she has left to use. The energy used for magic replenishes itself every 24 hours. Her staff is slightly shorter than her.
► By pointing her staff in a general direction of her target, a ball of fire will be summoned and shot from the top of the staff. Is generally very slow at reaching the designated point, making it very easy to dodge. Akari tends to be very conflicted in using this move, but since it uses only a small amount of magic for Akari, she tends to use it often.
►When drawing a faint line on the ground with her staff, Akari can summon a wall of fire to protect herself. The wall is about as tall as Akari is (5'4). It takes a fair amount of magic power to use. Akari only ever seems to use it in the event she wants to run away. Far, far away.
►When Akari's staff touches an object or monster, Akari can use her magic to put the said object on fire. Akari' s Depending on how big the target is, the more magic Akari has to use.
► Dragon Rage: When Akari has completely run out of available magic, she can use one final move on a target. Using what little magic there is left, she can summon a large dragon made of fire to "swallow" a target whole. Because Akari no longer has much strength from previously using up all her magic energy, it causes a large strain on her mind. In most cases, she would end up unconscious after successfully using the move. Even if she doesn't faint after using Dragon Rage, she can barely walk and get herself moving, making her an easy target.

*Biography: When Akari was very young, she lived a very happy and easygoing life with her mother, father, and older brother. Having lived a very spoiled and filled with happiness sort of life, she never thought anything bad would ever happen to her or her family. She was facing some troubles at her current school, but because she firmly believed she could handle it on her own, she never voiced these troubles. "There's no need to get mad at little kids!", she would think that to herself, despite being small at the time herself. On the day of her 6th birthday, she came home from school with her older brother, only to hear very shocking news. Her parents had specifically gotten an early leave from work so they could celebrate Akari's birthday. But they never came. They had died. While trying to get home as quickly as possible, her parents had died from a car crash. Akari was devastated. Not only was the trouble at school no where near resolved, but she lost her parents. For the next few months Akari felt as if she was better off dead. Despite being small she pushed the blame for her parent's death on herself. Both Akari nor her brother had any place to go either. Both of them being very young would never be able to pay for things like the house loan or taxes. It was when they both felt there was no more hope for them, they were taken in by very distant relatives that lived on Asteri Island. Both her and her brother slowly forgot their troubles, and slowly adapted to life on Asteri Island. While both were never exactly the same after the incident, they did their best to please their distant relatives. Soon all the fake acts they did to please them became the real thing.
On Akari's 10th birthday, she received a plainly wrapped box in the mail. Within the box was a cell phone and a small charm strap, and a letter. The letter was written in oddly familiar handwriting, but Akarin could never figure out whose handwriting it was. It wished her a very happy birthday, when she looked closely, she could see an erased '6' replaced with a 10. Realizing that the letter must have come from her real parents, she cherished bothe the letter and the phone and strap as a valuable gift, although she knew the phone did not come from her deceased parents, but her foster ones. On her last year as a middle schooler, another letter came in the mail. This time though, it wasn't written in familiar handwriting, but was an invitation to SC High School. For some reason, she felt an inclination to enroll in the school, so with her foster parents and brother's kind support she decided to enroll into the school.
